Water jet plunger mud pump structure characteristics
The pump mainly consists of valve box, Transmission system, Pump base, Flushing system, Water spraying device and Electric motor.
The pump inlet and outlet valve box are the whole l-type with the suction valve and discharge valve. The three sets of valve boxes are independent.
The flushing system inject high pressure water into the seal in the packing box via the adjustable valve. via adopts high pressure water jet system flushing water through the regulator to the packing in the plunger seal structure into high pressure water lubrication, the plunger surface to form a high pressure water ring, ensure no slurry into the sealing parts, so as to guarantee the normal work of the plunger to extend the life of the piston and seals.
